    Thanks Laura. This is quite useful. Now I need to train myself to actually take frequent breaks.

    How are you doing, Laura? Seems you’ve been experiencing some headaches and such. I get them often too as well as intermittent dizzy spells. Either we’re Treadstone agents or we’ve been coloring funnies for far too long.
    I find these stretches do help as well as a professional massage, but I can only afford that once in a blue moon.
